Your mission

• Credentialing Solutions: Supporting enterprises with decentralized identity credentials to ensure trust in digital interactions.
• Digital Wallets for Organizations: Enabling businesses to securely manage, share, and verify sensitive data.
• Blockchain-Based Security: Enhancing transparency and trust through distributed ledger technology.

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with sales objectives and target ideal customer profiles in combination with sales strategies.
• Leverage AI and automation technologies to optimize marketing processes and campaigns.
• Position Spherity GmbH as a thought leader in the hype surrounding DPP (Digital Product Passport) and European digital wallets, including strategic alignment with government initiatives.
• Create and manage content pipelines to address the wealth of marketing opportunities awaiting execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of marketing efforts with product development and sales strategies.
• Monitor industry trends, particularly in Industry 4.0 supply chains, to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
• Analyze and report on marketing performance metrics, ensuring continuous improvement and ROI optimization.

Your profile

• Experience: Proven experience in senior marketing roles, preferably in tech-driven industries.
• Skills:
  • Strong understanding of AI, automation, and Industry 4.0 supply chains.
  • Expertise in developing sales strategies and identifying ideal customer profiles.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent analytical and leadership abilities.
  • Exceptional content creation and management skills.
  • Familiarity with DPP and European digital wallet trends, including government strategies, is highly desirable.
• Language: Fluent in English, proficiency in German is a plus.
• Location: Based in Germany.
