Operational Resilience
The Team Operational Resilience is a 1st Line of Defense Team centrally managing regulatory requirements that need to be met by the Business. This includes topics such as Risk Management, Information Security, Business Continuity Management, Process Documentation, End User Computing, Records Management and Data Deletion.
We translate the requirements into 1st Line guidelines and procedures and define the required processes. Beside consulting and supporting the business we manage various central hubs and registers (e.g. DORA Register of Information).
In your role as Senior Manager Operational Resilience you will define and manage 1st LoD processes in accordance with regulatory requirements and will develop and maintain related guidelines and procedures. You will support the business teams with these activities, act as a consultant and help fostering our operational resilience.
Your focus topics will be Information Security, Records Management & Data Deletion and Contract Management.
Ideal candidates should possess strong knowledge & competences within financial markets and operational risk management. You have evidenced experience with Information Security to cover this topic as key contact person within our team and define processes and procedures. You are experienced in servicing and consulting business teams and enjoy helping people in regulatory processes.
