About the Role

We are looking for a passionate, dynamic and strategic Senior Manager - Marketing and Communications to join our team. Reporting directly to our CCO, you will play an instrumental role in driving our marketing strategy, enhancing brand visibility, and positioning AllUnity as a leader in the blockchain and digital payments ecosystem. Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote AllUnity’s products and services, ensuring alignment with business goals.
2. Lead and manage cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns across digital, content, and event marketing channels.
3. Organize and manage international events, including conferences, webinars, and industry forums, to strengthen AllUnity’s global presence and engagement.
4. Represent AllUnity at relevant events and conferences, enhancing brand visibility and thought leadership in the blockchain and financial technology sectors.
5. Oversee the creation of compelling content for various platforms, including websites, social media, and press releases.
6. Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, industry influencers, and strategic partners to amplify our brand voice.
7. Support the CEO in Stakeholder Management and Investor Relations.
8. Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape, providing actionable insights to senior leadership.
9. Prepare reports and present findings on campaign performance, brand reach, and marketing ROI to senior management.

Key Requirements

1. Experience Level: 5+ years of experience in marketing and communication roles, preferably within the blockchain, fintech, or financial services sectors.
2. Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of Web3, blockchain technologies, and financial markets.
3. Skills: Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills, with a proven track record of successful marketing campaigns.
4. International Experience: Proven ability to manage marketing efforts for international events and adapt strategies for diverse markets.
5. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; an advanced degree (e.g., MBA) is a plus.
6. Additional Requirements: Native German and fluency in English. Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and CRM systems.
