As a function in the Global Commercial Analytics (GCA) division within Pfizer, Insights Strategy & Execution (ISE) plays a critical role to enable Pfizer's commercial brand strategy. This team functions as internal consultants and brand strategists that partner with commercial and cross-functional leaders, activating data driven problem solving in a way that the business can execute to drive impact and unlock value.
The ISE Customer Facing Colleague (CFC) Insights (CFCi) is accountable for the delivery of high quality and impactful strategic business decision support to CFCs, CFC leadership and country/cluster business leaders in Germany. The role serves as the primary ISE relationship manager to the local sales leaders.
This person will lead CFC effectiveness measurement, ensure CFC teams are trained to use relevant CFC reports, and ensure CFC insights are incorporated into the broader country GTM strategy.
The ISE CFCi will also partner closely with relevant GCA teams responsible for the delivery of CFC reporting and customer data management and stewardship to ensure delivery of quality and strategically aligned CFC reporting.
We are looking for an experienced flexible problem solver with demonstrated leadership.
Reporting to the Germany ISE Lead, the ISE CFC Insights (CFCi) will serve as the CFC data & analytics expert to Germany sales teams. Key accountabilities include (but are not limited to) the following:
