Our tasks focus on complex digital business development and growth projects:

• Conception of future-proof eCommerce strategies
• Design of implementable digital commerce roadmap
• Prototyping of digital commerce portfolio
• Conception and implementation of go-to-market strategies and design of digital commerce & marketing organizations
• Data-driven and user-centred development of future business models, (digital) products and services as well as digital marketing strategies
• Identification and optimization of user experience drivers along the customer lifecycle
• Portfolio, project and program management using traditional and agile methods

Who you are

Are you an analytical thinker, with creative drive and strong communication skills? Are you curious and enjoy working as a team player or rather want to perform your individual excellence? In addition to a high degree of personal initiative and an entrepreneurial can-do mentality, you possess the following distinguishing qualities:

• Passion for digital commerce and services
• Outstanding University Degree (Master’s, MBA, PhD) preferably in digital marketing, business administration, psychology as well as innovation management
• At least three years of professional experience in the eCommerce consulting field and / or digital sales & marketing business
• Strategic mindset
• Sound knowledge of common eCommerce methods and tools, ideally human centred-design, data-driven market research and agile project management (e.g. SCRUM)
• Innovativeness and willingness to take responsibility
• Consultant-typical willingness to travel
• Business fluent in German and English
