What you'll do

• Lead the strategic direction and operational execution of AI initiatives within Knauf, focusing on delivering transformative solutions.
• Translate business needs into AI-driven objectives, ensuring alignment with the overarching corporate strategy.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to foster innovation and create a unified AI vision for the Group.
• Oversee governance structures to ensure AI projects adhere to ethical guidelines, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
• Develop and manage a portfolio of AI projects, working closely with AI experts and data scientists to drive excellence in execution.

Who you are

• A visionary leader with over 5 years of business experience driving and implementation within large, complex organizations and a high AI affinity.
• Proficient in translating complex business challenges into practical AI solutions with a strong understanding of AI technologies.
• Demonstrated success in managing cross-functional AI projects, ensuring effective governance and project completion.
• Exceptional communicator, capable of articulating AI value propositions to both technical and non-technical audiences and fostering collaboration.
• Committed to ethical AI practices with a thorough understanding of data governance, privacy regulations, and ethical considerations.
