As Senior Manager Business Development, you will be responsible for the entire offer management process, from handling customer inquiries and tender documents to preparing final proposals and presentations. Additionally, the role focuses on gathering and analyzing market intelligence to support strategic management decisions and identifying quality sales leads for distribution to regional sales teams.
You will play a key role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, managing marketing campaigns in collaboration with product management and sales teams and organizing trade shows.
The successful candidate will be able to collaborate with a cross-functional team of sales, commercial, and technical experts to deliver high-quality proposals. You will also oversee all aspects of corporate design to maintain brand consistency and visibility across platforms.

Your Profile
Completed university degree, ideally in Business Administration or knowledge from training or professional experience
Minimum of 5 years of Sales & Marketing experience
Confident and professional appearance, persuasive and assertive
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to proficiently collaborate effectively both across departments and external stakeholders
Results-oriented, strategic, and cross-company thinking and action
Fluent written and spoken English skills, German language skills are an advantage
Able to work under pressure; willingness to travel
