Your purpose at Kertos

You are part of our AI Squad at Kertos, pushing the boundaries of automation and innovation of our platform. As Senior Machine Learning Engineer, you’ll lead the way in advancing machine learning, integrating cutting-edge models and frameworks to bring LLM-based features to life. From designing and contributing to our models and pipelines to ensuring seamless deployment throughout the product lifecycle, you’ll have a huge impact on the future of our company.

What you’ll be doing here:

• Contribute to product development: bring in your ideas and automate workflows, improve suggestions, and increase user satisfaction even further
• Develop technical concepts and approaches across the whole development lifecycle
• Combine machine learning models and our platform to bring actual values right to the users’ fingertips
• Integrate MLOps principles and tools that help you and your team for development
• Make sure the developed models work as expected in our production environments in a secure and stable way
• Be creative in acquiring new data automatically to enhance our models and systems

The skills, motivation, and mentality you should bring

• You have extensive professional experience in building scalable web applications
• You have hands-on expertise in MLOps, including deployment, automation, and monitoring, to bring models to production
• Experience with knowledge graphs and/or NLP and embeddings is a big plus
• You constantly challenge our status quo, love to spark innovation, and strive to grow with us, as a team
• You are a strong communicator and have excellent collaboration abilities to effectively work in cross-functional, agile teams
