We are looking to hire a talented Senior Legal Counsel/Managing Counsel, Infrastructure and CapEx, to join our Gigafactory Berlin-Brandenburg legal team. In this role, you will support the facility and production equipment build-out, operations and maintenance, including construction, CapEx, overall site infrastructure, and other commercial teams on a variety of transactions and negotiations. The focus for this role is to be the trusted advisor for manufacturing, engineering, and procurement teams at the factory. You will be part of a global legal team that supports facilities and special projects throughout the world.

You have the ability to think strategically and know how to successfully and independently manage complex legal matters whilst prioritizing your resources efficiently.
