Your role

• Develop and implement employee development programs that foster career growth and align with business needs.
• Design, coordinate, and deliver engaging learning experiences – both in-person and online.
• Streamline and enhance daily operational workflows while supporting the implementation of process improvements.
• Drive continuous learning initiatives to keep employees up to date with industry best practices and innovations.
• Assess and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs to ensure measurable impact and continuous improvement.

Your profile

• Fundamental experience in Learning & Development is required, along with basic knowledge in Operations – the most important factor is your enthusiasm to work in both areas.
• Experience in designing, implementing, and evaluating learning formats, as well as conducting training sessions, coaching, or mentoring programs.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate effectively across teams.
• A proactive, hands-on mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning platforms is a bonus.
• Regular presence in the Berlin office, as well as proficiency in German (B2) and English (C1), are required.
