Independently identifying, approaching, and qualifying relevant new customers
Conducting sales discussions and price negotiations
Supporting and managing (international) tenders and projects
Providing technical and solution-oriented customer consultation and support
Sustainable development of high-revenue customers in the mobility segment
Close collaboration with interdisciplinary teams from Compleo and KOSTAL
Customer visits, participation in industry meetings and trade fairs

Qualifications
Your Profile
Completed studies or a comparable qualification in engineering, business administration/industrial engineering, or renewable energies
Several years of professional experience in technical sales, preferably in the fields of charging infrastructure, technical building equipment, automotive, or electromobility
Strong industry knowledge and a close network in one of the relevant areas: CPOs, logistics or fleet business, infrastructure, and automotive
Strong customer and service orientation as well as a confident and friendly demeanor
Independent, structured, and analytically driven working style combined with technical understanding and interest in new technologies
Good knowledge of MS Office and common CRM systems
Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written; additional languages such as French are an advantage
