Your tasks:
- Within the countries of your scope: Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Netherlands, and the Nordics:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business strategy and our business priorities.
- Build strong partnerships with key stakeholders, internal & external (Leadership Team, Management, external consultants, Unions) to develop existing or deliver customized and forward-looking HR solutions, employee relations agreements, and disciplinary actions.
- Collaborate with management to develop and execute a Talent Acquisition Strategy.
- Support the employee performance management process, including robust talent and succession planning.
- Identify training and development needs.
- Partner with HR VP to implement the HR Strategy, HR policies, HR processes, and develop solutions.
- Enable employees to reach our RAA goals and objectives with coaching, counseling, training, and career development initiatives.
- Lead change management projects and initiatives to improve organizational effectiveness.
- Ensure data accuracy in the HRIS in collaboration with the HR Officer, acting as an interface with country-specific payroll vendors, general services, and other internal or external providers.
- Finalize the post-merger integration through the harmonization of HR processes & policies and promote and foster our new company culture, core values, and Leadership principles.
- Design and implement a new onboarding program aligned with our company culture, core values & strategic goals to facilitate the integration of our employees in their new roles.
- Develop and implement initiatives that drive a diverse and inclusive workplace.
Your profile:
- Education: University degree in business administration (or related field) with a focus on Human Resources Management.
- Experience: minimum 8-10 years of proven experience in an HRBP or similar role in an international environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across a matrix organization.
- Interact and communicate efficiently with the stakeholders (employees & Business) across the whole organization.
- Keeping up to date with legal requirements within your scope.
- Proven project management experience with the ability to influence the senior management team of key initiatives.
- Change management skills.
- Demonstrated proven competencies in compensation & benefits, employee relations, performance management, and human resources practices and related laws and regulations.
- Ability to manage complex projects, prioritize multiple tasks with close attention to detail and accuracy, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Empathy and cultural understanding.
- Excellent ability to communicate in both oral and written German and English (Dutch and/or French is a plus).
- Excellent IT skills (MS-Office and SuccessFactors required).
- Willingness to travel within the countries up to 20%.
