Position Summary

The Influencer Manager will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with key influencers (VIPs) in Europe. This role requires a strategic and creative thinker with strong communication skills and a proven track record in influencer marketing and relationship management.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and establish relationships with key influencers (VIPs) in Europe.
  2. Build and maintain stable, long-term relationships with influencers to cultivate loyalty and collaboration.
  3. Develop and execute comprehensive influencer marketing plans tailored to the European market.
  4. Coordinate and align with the headquarters' global influencer marketing plans for cohesive execution.
  5. Track influencer performance, analyze campaign metrics, and propose optimization strategies.
  6. Organize influencer events in Europe.
  7. Gather and analyze current trends, tactics, and strategies of influencers in Europe.
  8. Assist in aligning influencer strategies with both online and offline marketing and public relations efforts to achieve overall marketing objectives.

Qualifications:

  1. 3-5 years of experience in influencer marketing.
  2. Strong understanding of the European influencer landscape.
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  4. Proven experience in building and maintaining significant influencer relationships.
  5. Ability to develop and execute strategic marketing plans.
  6. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  7. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  8. Fluent in local language and English.
