Job Responsibilities:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to join our team. Reporting directly to Global Head of HR, the Senior HR Manager will play a pivotal role in driving end-to-end HR partnering with stakeholders. This individual will provide HR advisory on talent attraction, retention, and employee relations, while also serving as a hands-on HR generalist. With the autonomy to grow the region, the Senior HR Manager will collaborate closely with the EMEA Leadership Team to implement HR strategies, policies, and programs aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide HR advisory on talent attraction, retention, and employer branding initiatives, collaborating with various stakeholders to develop and execute HR programs aligned with business objectives.
  • Provide guidance to managers on performance management, grievance handling, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Implement talent management processes and lead recruitment efforts to attract top talent across multiple functions and levels.
  • Collaborate and work closely with the shared services and centre of excellence functions to:
    • Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures to support a positive and productive work environment.
    • Leverage HR technologies, particularly Workday, to streamline HR processes and improve efficiency.
  • In partnership with tax & payroll consultants:
    • Handle the monthly payroll operations for European countries (Spain, France, Netherlands, UK, Sweden, Denmark) including subsequent reporting.
    • Manage third parties such as EoR Payroll (Romania, Poland, Greece, Austria) as well as external consultants.
    • Managing regional specifics such as the UK pension scheme, annual leave reporting, P11D and Benefits reporting etc.
  • Any other scope and project as assigned.

Pre-Requisites:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably within an international organization.
  • Strong understanding of local employment laws and practices in EU particularly in UK, Netherlands, France and Spain.
  • Excellent English language skills. Strong proficiency in both written and verbal communication. Additional fluency in Dutch, German or French is strongly preferred.
  • Broad HR experience and the knowledge and the drive to further develop as a regional HR Leader.
  • Proven track record of driving HR programs that support business objectives.
  • Demonstrates the highest level of integrity and confidentiality.
  • Dynamic interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with diverse audiences and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
