We are recruiting a dynamic and experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join our client. This role will lead a full-time HR employee and have a broad focus, covering all aspects of Human Resources.

Responsibilities

  1. HR Support and Advisory: Independently supporting assigned departments in all HR matters, offering advice, coaching, and support to managers on HR and management issues. Leading the design and implementation of change management and organisational development initiatives that align with business goals.
  2. Labor Relations and Compliance: Collaborating closely with the works council and managing labour law issues in coordination with the Centre of Expertise Labor Relations. Coordinating collective bargaining issues with the employers' association and internal departments to ensure productive relationships with employee representatives.
  3. HR Processes and Standards: Implementing and refining global and local HR processes and standards, promoting their consistent application by managers and employees.
  4. Team Leadership and Development: Leading and mentoring a team of HR professionals, overseeing recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, conflict resolution, performance management, and compliance.
  5. Strategic HR Management: Developing and executing HR strategies aligned with organisational objectives, including administering compensation and benefits programs and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  6. Employee Engagement and Culture: Designing and delivering training and development programs to enhance employee skills and foster a positive workplace culture. Collaborating with senior management to support organizational goals and leveraging HR data analysis for informed decision-making.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  2. Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR role.
  3. Strong knowledge of HR practices, laws, and regulations.
  4. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
