Your role:

The Senior HR Business Partner works closely with senior management, department heads, HR team members, and cross-functional teams within the organization. They serve as the single point of contact (SPOC) for relevant business stakeholders on behalf of the HR organization, including Learning & Development (L&D), Recruitment, and Centers of Excellence (CoEs). Additionally, they maintain key relationships with external partners, including government organizations, labor unions, vendors, industry experts, recruitment agencies, and professional networks.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coaches, advises, and provides clear guidelines to leaders on people management issues, based on best practices and employment law.
  • Ensures and continuously develops all topics and processes related to the entire employee life cycle.
  • Collaborates with senior management to develop and implement departmental people strategies for the upcoming year, focusing on reducing attrition and strengthening the leadership team.
  • Designs optimal organizational structures in collaboration with senior management that align with organizational standards and executes implementation plans.
  • Identifies opportunities and implements strategies to drive employee performance and foster employee engagement within business areas.
  • Builds trusting working relationships with leaders through daily interactions and participation in departmental leadership meetings.
  • Secures business support for HR projects/initiatives and integrates them into business areas, partnering with relevant HR subject matter experts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5 – 10 years of relevant experience in similar roles.
  • Expertise in strategic HR planning, strong leadership and coaching abilities, talent management, succession planning, cultural competence, and diversity.
  • Deep understanding of employment law and regulatory compliance.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and HR metrics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on Learning & Development.
  • Ability to navigate effectively within complex organizational structures and dynamics.
  • Excellent communication skills tailored to different organizational levels.
  • Fluent in English, with excellent Microsoft Office skills, expertise in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), and HR analytics tools
