Senior HR Business Partner (all genders)
At Evotec’s headquarters in Hamburg, Germany, the Human Resources department is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Senior HR Business Partner (all genders).

Key Responsibilities:
- Be part of the local HR Business Partner Team in Germany.
- Act as a strategic partner to leaders and managers to understand their business objectives and develop HR strategies to support the business units.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures related to employee relations and facilitate negotiations with the workers' council.
- Provide guidance and advice to managers on HR policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with HR processes, local laws, and regulations.
- In coordination with leaders, support organizational changes and all associated changes, from reflection to implementation.
- Deploy the different annual HR cycles: performance review, promotions cycles, salary review, goal setting, within your scope.
- Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, and develop action plans to address them within your area of responsibility.
- Facilitate the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.
- Coach managers on effective leadership and management practices.
- Manage employee relations issues and provide guidance and advice on conflict resolution and employee discipline.
- Drive cross-country initiatives by adapting and implementing global projects at the local level, ensuring alignment with regional requirements while maintaining global standards and objectives.
- Lead and execute projects from planning through delivery, ensuring objectives are met on time and within budget, with a focus on high-quality results.
- Be part of the site leadership team in Munich.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in human resources or equivalent.
- Appreciation for fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Profound working experience in a similar position as an HR Business Partner in a large organization.
- Sound knowledge of German employment law, work constitution act, and general HR regulations.
- Proven experience in project management across diverse teams and time zones.
- Excellent communication skills, including proven negotiation skills.
- Enthusiasm for people development topics.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, and ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills, and ability to use HR metrics and data to drive decision-making.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Professional English and German language skills are essential; please submit your resume in English.
- Knowledge of the professions in Evotec's sector of activity (pharmaceutical industry, Biopharma, biotech, CRO, etc.) is a plus.
