As a Senior Growth Marketing Manager, you’ll drive key growth initiatives through data analytics, strategic planning, and experimental marketing efforts. You’ll be integral in designing and executing profitability steering, refining customer segmentation, managing cart fee structures, and improving conversion across our user base. You will also lead cross-functional projects that span from acquisition strategies to customer retention and profitability, helping us adapt to an evolving competitive landscape.
Job Description
1. Data-Driven Experimentation
- Design and manage A/B tests for various initiatives, including delivery fees, free delivery experiments, pricing, and minimum order value adjustments.
- Track and analyze key metrics like Average Order Value, Delivery Fee, Conversion Rates, Frequency and Retention to ensure initiatives align with growth goals.
- Use insights from experiments to optimize and iterate fee structures and tailor offers, ensuring profitability and user engagement.
2. Pricing and Fee Structure Optimization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine fee structures, ensuring competitive pricing while maintaining margins.
- Evaluate and implement pricing models for delivery, experimenting with different structures.
- Coordinate with external partner fee structures and strategize on personalized delivery options.
3. Customer Segmentation and Lifecycle Management
- Analyze customer order patterns to identify high-churn risk groups and design re-engagement strategies.
- Develop segmentation strategies to refine value offering, such as tiered delivery pricing based on order history and spend levels.
- Partner with product teams to integrate segment-specific offers, vouchers, and retention campaigns across touch points.
4. Stakeholder Management
- Act as a bridge between growth, marketing, operations, finance, and data teams, aligning growth initiatives with business objectives.
- Present insights, growth progress, and recommendations to leadership to drive informed decision-making.
- Stay current with retail and delivery trends, customer behavior shifts, and industry insights to apply innovative practices in the tasks.
5. Product Collaboration for Checkout Optimization
- Work closely with product teams to introduce new fee structures and improve existing ones at checkout. Identify areas to streamline the checkout process, enhance user experience, and drive higher conversion rates.
- Collaborate on implementing new checkout features aligned with user needs, such as transparent fee displays, segmented offers, and customized promotions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in operations, growth, marketing, ideally in q-commerce, e-commerce, or food delivery industries.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in A/B testing, data analysis, and applying insights for measurable growth.
- Advanced proficiency with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, Excel, Looker).
- Familiarity with pricing strategies, customer segmentation, and lifecycle management.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects.
