Bosch Building Technologies is divided into the international product business and the regional system integration business. Currently, the three product areas of video systems, access control & intrusion detection systems and communication systems as well as the associated cross-divisional functions within the division are to be set up as an independent unit and then further developed as a sustainable core business by a new owner.
Responsibilities:
- International and interdisciplinary cooperation: As Senior Global Payroll and Time Management Expert, you will be part of the new company to be set up in the future and thus contribute to a globally networked team of around 4300 colleagues operating in over 50 countries.
- Develop a viable concept for the proper payroll accounting of the new company and organize the transition to our external service provider.
- Develop new lean HR processes and ensure their implementation together with our internal and external contacts in order to guarantee a smooth payroll process.
- Act as the central interface to our BPO partner ADP and be responsible for the smooth running of payroll.
- Manage and monitor the global payroll and time management processes in close cooperation with our external service providers and ensure data quality and consistency.
- Coordinate the interfaces between payroll, time management and travel management systems and analyze and solve problems in connection with global payroll and time management.
- Create and maintain documentation and training materials for payroll and time management processes and support compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Minimum Requirements:
- Education: Completed university studies in computer science, business informatics, business administration or a comparable qualification.
- Experience and Knowledge: Many years of extensive professional experience in the areas of payroll and time management, ideally in a global company; experience in project management as well as transformation/implementation experience; knowledge and experience in working with an outsourcing partner, ideally ADP; know-how of payroll tax and social security law.
- Personality and Working Practice: Independent and proactive way of working, highly goal- and result-oriented as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Languages: Very good communication skills in written and spoken English and German.
