Job Description:

Salary: 70.000 - 90.000 EUR per year

• Extensive experience in modern web development with strong proficiency in React (v18+), Next.js (v14+), and TypeScript for frontend applications.
• Solid experience with Node.js, RESTful APIs, and working with PostgreSQL and MongoDB for backend & database expertise.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (preferably Azure, AWS, or GCP) for cloud infrastructure & DevOps.
• Knowledge of monorepos (Nx/Turbo), microservices, and modern API architectures for scalable & high-performance applications.
• Familiarity with MLOps, LLM integration, and automation is a strong plus for an AI-driven development mindset.

• Work across the frontend (React, Next.js) and backend (Node.js, databases) to develop & maintain scalable applications.
• Contribute to the integration of AI technologies and enhance automation in business processes to optimize AI-driven solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable code, implement automated tests, and follow modern CI/CD workflows to ensure software quality & best practices.
• Take ownership of key development projects, shaping the architecture, design, and performance of applications to drive technical decisions & architecture.
• Guide junior developers, participate in peer code reviews, and foster a culture of continuous learning to mentor & collaborate with the team.
• Collaborate in a cross-functional team, attend on-site sessions in Cologne (twice per week), and contribute to sprint planning while working in a hybrid & agile environment.
