Project Manager (m / f / d) Building Construction / High Tech Projects

Your Tasks

• Leading a project team for building construction projects in future markets such as battery factories / data centers or other high tech projects in Germany or other European countries.
• Participation in the acquisition, bidding and negotiation process.
• Fully responsible for the project delivery (technical, economic, qualitative, scheduling, organizational and contractual).
• Responsibility for revenue, cost and project result.
• Comprehensive project management including coordination and control of all services of internal and external project participants.

Your profile

• Successfully completed studies in civil engineering / architecture, with high degree of knowledge of MEP trades.
• Several years of operational experience in the construction of high tech projects ('Mission Critical Facilities').
• High level of leadership, motivation and commitment.
• Team player with strong communication skills.
• Fluent in German and English language (written and spoken).
• Flexibility and willingness to travel for project assignments in Germany and other European countries.
