Your mission

With our online platform, we offer the largest robot toolkit in the world and work on our own software to improve automation integrations. Our objective is to increase accessibility and ease of use for automation. Therefore we are looking for a Senior Frontend Developer (m/f/d) to take on Responsibilities for Drag and Drop Visual Programming Software.

Your tasks:

• Working in an agile team with the goal of designing and implementing features in our framework.
• Design and Implementation: Lead the creation of intuitive drag and drop interfaces, ensuring robust and scalable frontend architecture.
• Concept Development and Prototyping: Translate abstract ideas into detailed concepts and prototypes, collaborating closely with UI/UX designers.
• Feasibility Studies: Conduct feasibility studies for new features and technologies, staying updated with the latest frontend advancements.

Are you ready?

• You have at least 5 years of web development (Front End) experience with knowledge of React, TypeScript, JavaScript and a profound understanding of Docker and Python.
• In particular, you are familiar with frontend features such as Drag & Drop, Responsive Design, etc.
• You know how to build an application from the ground up and are strong in conceptual thinking and design.
• You are fluent in English and have ideally German language skills.

About us

At Unchained Robotics, we believe that for too long automation has been sold as rocket science, that it's been made needlessly complicated and more expensive. As a result, small and medium-sized companies have long hesitated to automate tasks that could have been automated 5, 10, or even 15 years ago. In a country where finding new workers - especially for repetitive manual tasks - has become supremely difficult, this has to stop.

And that is our mission. At Unchained Robotics, we are building a transparent, brand-agnostic platform to help customers discover, price, and compare automation solutions and show them just how easy - and reasonably priced - automation can really be. We not only help customers find the right robots, grippers, and parts, but design, build, and deploy complete automation solutions. We'll accompany the client on either path: be it do-it-yourself, a turnkey solution, or something in between.
