As a Senior Frontend Developer (all genders) you are a key player in delivering value with software, delighting our customers and achieving our business goals.
What you’ll do
- Develop the face of the first touchpoint to millions of users.
- Make sure that everyone can use our portal by making it accessible and responsive.
- Write code which your peers love to work with - making sure it is well written and understandable.
- Work closely with our Product and Design colleagues to drive state-of-the-art product presentations to scale.
- With your team, ensure that features are fast developed and deployed on production with zero downtime.
- Take ownership and responsibility for technical matters. Drive them forward in accordance with technological and architectural requirements.
- Participate in regular team meetings. (e.g. Daily Scrum or Sprint Reviews)
- Onboard new people in your team and share your knowledge with your peers.
Our Tech Stack: JavaScript (React.js/Vue.js), TypeScript, Node.js, HTML5, CSS3, Jest, Webpack, Azure Cloud
What you`ll need
- 5+ years of relevant work experience and 2+ years of experience with frontend frameworks, preferably VueJS.
- Strong understanding of frontend technologies including JavaScript (ES6), HTML5, and CSS3 (using BEM methodology) and experience withmodern stacks.
- Knowledge of RxJS and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) would be a huge plus.
- Very good understanding and experience with OOP.
- Understanding of Design Pattern and Clean Code principles.
- Experience with build tools like: Grunt, Webpack or Yeoman.
- Working experience within a cross-functional teams in an agile environment.

Remote first set up (within Germany):We believe in a hybrid working model with a remote-first approach. This means that our company is optimized for work to be done remotely no matter where you are living in Germany. We believe in flexibility and trusted working times, so there is no standardized “quota” for on-site presence in the office. On average, our employees that lives all across Germany comes to our Cologne office 1-2 times per month for team bonding and/or selected events (i.e. for onboarding, team/company events/workshops)
