As a ISC Sr Manager Finance (m/w/d) here at Honeywell, you will hold a key leadership position, responsible for providing strategic direction and guidance to the finance function for our ISC sites in Mainz and Kassel.

Your role will involve developing and executing financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability. Collaborating closely with senior leadership, you will align financial goals with overall business objectives. You will oversee all aspects of financial planning, analysis, and reporting. Your expertise in analyzing financial data will enable you to provide valuable insights that drive informed decision-making across the organization. Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies will be a critical aspect of your role.

As a Sr Manager Finance, you will play a pivotal role in preparing and presenting financial reports to senior executives and stakeholders. Your strategic thinking and problem-solving skills will be essential in driving financial performance and achieving business objectives. With your strong leadership abilities, you will inspire and motivate your team to deliver exceptional results. You will report directly to our Sr Director Finance, and you'll work on a hybrid work schedule.

• ISC Sr Finance Manager, providing financial guidance and facilitating to drive business performance and profitability.
• Develop and implement financial strategies, processes, and procedures to establish financial supply chain operations and improve cost tracking.
• Work with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements, identify cost tracking opportunities, and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Provide financial analytics and insights to facilitate decision-making and drive continuous improvement in supply chain performance.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes for the Integrated Supply Chain organization.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in ISC Finance or related roles, with strong knowledge of supply chain finance, cost accounting, and financial forecasting and reporting.
• Proven track record of driving financial performance and process improvements in a complex, global organization, along with excellent leadership, communication, and people-oriented skills.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and influence decision-making at all levels of the organization.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred), with strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive change and innovation in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong verbal and written skills in both German and English.
