Hi! We are Manyone
Manyone is a strategic design consultancy. We're here to help transform and reimagine businesses by seamlessly blending strategy, creativity, and technology.
At Manyone, we do it differently. By merging strategy, creativity, and technology into one approach, in one team with one purpose, and with a global outlook and local anchoring, we test innovative, well-informed ideas, get feedback, discover opportunities, and repeat. Experimental strategic processes, creative execution, and emerging tech implementation make fast, precise, and adaptable development possible.
At our branches in Frankfurt, Munich or Cologne, we are looking for you! A Senior Experience Designer who wants to be part of a tightly knit team, working across disciplines and team boundaries to deliver industry-shaping design and strategy solutions to businesses both in Germany and worldwide.
Do What You Love
A Senior Experience Designer – as we’ll call you – wears many hats. You’ll be blending psychology, technology, and creativity into holistic experiences that leave a lasting impact. You will identify and map opportunities for end-users and the client organization across all touchpoints within both digital and non-digital services, ensuring customer and business value.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including strategists, researchers, visual designers, and developers to translate client objectives into compelling experience design solutions.
- Utilize design thinking methodologies to identify pain points, opportunities, and innovative solutions that drive business outcomes and enhance user satisfaction.
- Lead the end-to-end experience design process, from conducting research and gathering insights to developing user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Capture present and future experiences, encompassing both customer/user interactions and underlying processes, involving all relevant actors, by employing journey maps, blueprints, and ecosystem maps.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their goals, challenges, and needs, and work collaboratively to co-create solutions that exceed expectations.
- Develop and present design concepts, strategies, and rationale to clients, and effectively communicate impactful design decisions that are backed by user research and strategic insights.
- Mentor and guide junior designers, providing constructive feedback and fostering their growth and development.
- Experience leading small- to mid-sized design projects, ensuring effective communication, coordination, and timely delivery of design deliverables.
- Participate in client workshops, brainstorming sessions, and strategic planning discussions to contribute your expertise and design insights.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices to ensure our solutions are cutting-edge and relevant.
What Makes Us Curious
- You have at least 6 years of professional experience in experience design, user interface design, or related disciplines.
- Proven track record of leading and delivering exceptional experience design solutions for diverse clients and industries.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Protopie, Figma, etc.
- Strong understanding of design principles, user-centered design methodologies, and design thinking.
