Position: Senior Enterprise Sales Manager (f/m/d)

Your Mission in a Nutshell: As our Senior Enterprise Sales Manager (f/m/d), you will spearhead and pioneer enterprise sales for Humanoo across German-speaking and other European markets.
We’ve traditionally partnered with some of Europe’s largest insurers and focused on SMBs in the corporate sector. With our recent acquisition by Telus - the world's leading provider of Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) - we are pivoting toward corporate enterprise sales.
You’ll be at the forefront of this shift, developing our sales strategies and paving the way for Humanoo’s entry into this exciting new segment.
Experience: Minimum of 5+ years in Enterprise B2B/SaaS sales with deal sizes of 100k+
Hunter Mentality: Proven ability to focus on outbound sales and generate your own pipeline
Language Skills: Fluent in German and English
Sales Expertise: Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to independently conduct demos
Motivation: Highly motivated by targets and bonuses, exceeding sales goals and finds building relationships with diverse clients exciting

Panel Interview: 60-minute Case Study presentation to the Hiring Manager & VP of Revenue
Team Interview: 30-minute sessions with cross-functional team representatives and 30-minute session with a Sales team representative
After these interview stages are completed, our hiring team will convene for a debrief session to discuss your application. Following this debrief, our Talent Acquisition Partner will contact you to provide feedback and communicate the final decision regarding your candidacy.
Building and Managing Pipeline: Develop and manage your sales pipeline through proactive outbound prospecting
Achieving Targets: Consistently reach and exceed sales quotas and targets
Independent Selling: You conduct your own product demos - our platform offers a lot of functionalities but is easy to explain
Stakeholder Management: Manage complex stakeholder relationships, understanding and addressing client needs and pain points.
Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth for Humanoo’s ERP solutions in Europe by targeting large enterprises (5k+ employees).
