Senior eCommerce Visual Merchandising Manager - Germany or Spain Remote

Our Team:
Cimpress is creating a new business called Cimpress Open whose mandate will be to excel at serving customers via third-party channels. We will partner with companies that have strong customer relationships with end-customers who need mass-customized print products. In its initial stage, Cimpress Open will pursue opportunities with digital design software partners and established ecommerce marketplace platforms. This approach will evolve and expand over time as we establish a presence in these new segments.

What You Will Do:
We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Sr. E-Commerce Merchandise Manager to enhance our digital shopping experience. In this leadership role, you will define and execute the merchandising strategy for Cimpress Open, ensuring our product offerings are compelling and accessible across all digital channels.

• Strategic Merchandising Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive visual merchandising strategies that enhance product discoverability, boost conversion rates, and align with business objectives.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead collaborations with global teams, including channel development, design, and product divisions, to maintain consistent branding and messaging across platforms.
• Design Oversight: Manage and mentor both internal and external design teams to produce high-quality visuals that resonate with our target audience.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize analytics to inform merchandising decisions, adapting strategies based on performance metrics and market trends.
• Customer Experience Optimization: Ensure our product offering not only meets but exceeds user expectations, fostering an intuitive and engaging shopping journey.
• Campaign and Promotion Management: Oversee the creation of mock-ups and designs to support marketing campaigns, promotions, and new product launches, ensuring timely and effective execution.

Your Qualifications:

• 7+ years experience in e-commerce merchandising, with a track record of driving sales growth and enhancing customer engagement.
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams and external partners effectively.
• Exceptional aesthetic judgment combined with a data-driven mindset.
• Ability to work independently, managing multiple projects in a structured and efficient manner.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex ideas to diverse stakeholders.
• Experience with AI-powered design tools (a plus), Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and InDesign (a bigger plus).
• Fluent in English, fluency in another language including German, Spanish, French or Italian is a plus.
• Knowledge of eCommerce marketplaces like Amazon.
