Senior Director of Engineering

As an engineering director of Lovol European R&D Center, you will lead a team to develop the most advanced technologies and products of agricultural machinery to meet customer needs.

Responsibilities:

1. Collect agriculture machine information, define the product and technology MGPP;
2. Manage the product & technology strategy and project management;
3. Ensure cooperation between China and Europe;
4. Review the technical proposal and product design;
5. Develop high-quality supply chain, manufacturing process, and quality technology standards;
6. Complete the EU homologation;
7. Manage continuous product improvement;
8. Find talented people and build the team;
9. Plan and perform annual budget.
