In this role as Marketing & Communications leader, you will be responsible for developing and driving awareness in both digital and offline presence for the retail operations for all communication and launches to deepen customer relationships and consumer awareness, drive awareness and adoption.
Your vision will empower the team and drive marketing strategies and go-to-market programs. You will maximize social engagement across all channels and platforms and focus on revenue generation, growth, and ROI incentives. You will be a key driver on CSR, internal and external responsibility, aligning the workforce and peers for the vision for the future.
A true marketeer, you will have large social impact exposure across international markets, not just Germany.
You will design, create, align, and execute end-to-end marketing initiatives that drive innovative and advanced launches along with targeted campaigns in various markets/channels/segments/target users, including driving customer events and internal and external communications for the group.
Responsibilities
The new marketing leader will have a fundamental understanding of the growth stages of a recognized retail brand and will drive a fast-paced retail business to ensure smooth and profitable operations. You will be a hands-on leader with a track record of delivering growth and revenues while maintaining focus on brand, products, pricing, and identity.
The critical factor is a dynamic commercial marketing leader who can maximize growth, revenues, social responsibility, followings, and ROI.

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent degree.
10+ years at Senior Marketing Executive Director level.
Experience within German cultures and workplaces.
A proven leader who has led large format multi-merchandising stores.
A record of delivering growth year on year and taking new brands and products to market.
A digital marketing leader with a history of delivering growth YOY.
A track record within major big box multi-format retailers across Europe or a major FMCG giant.
A marketing leader who understands the German marketplace, Austria, and DACH regions.
