The Senior Director for Charge Capture Auditing Operations will be responsible for the direct oversight of the Charge Capture Auditing Operations Team. This person will assist in standardizing initiatives, monitoring performance, and managing day-to-day operations. Serving as the central coordination point between the Implementation, DOI, Operational teams and other internal and external stakeholder groups. This role will be critical to facilitating success and identifying additional areas of value-generating opportunity for our service line to include strategic Global integration with our India and Philippines partners.

The Senior Director for Charge Capture Auditing Operations will be tasked with various project leadership opportunities that require a high-level of cross-collaboration across multiple organization units. This role will report directly to the Senior Vice President or Vice President of the RPS Optimize Suite.

For this US-based position, the base pay range is $173,218.64 - $236,527.59 per year. Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This job is eligible to participate in our annual bonus plan at a target of 25.00%.
