Key Responsibilities:

1. Google Analytics Implementation: Design and implement web analytics tracking solutions using Google Analytics 360 and Universal Analytics.
2. Google Tag Manager: Set up, manage, and refine tracking tags using Google Tag Manager.
3. Data Integrity: Ensure data accuracy and consistency within Google Analytics properties and views.
4. Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and development teams to understand their data needs and provide insights using Google Data Studio.
5. Custom Solutions: Develop custom tracking solutions, events, and goals within the Google Analytics framework.
6. Data Visualization: Create dashboards and reports using Google Data Studio to visualize data in an actionable and easy-to-understand manner.
7. Optimization: Use Google Analytics data to recommend website optimizations and A/B test hypotheses.
8. Training: Provide training and support to other team members on Google Analytics tools and best practices.
9. Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest trends and best practices in Google Analytics and related tools.

Qualifications:

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
2. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in web analytics, with at least 3 years focused on Google Analytics.
3. Technical Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. Deep knowledge of Google Tag Manager.
4. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data within the Google Analytics platform and translate it into actionable insights.
5. Tools: Hands-on experience with Google Analytics 360, Universal Analytics, Google Data Studio, and other related tools.
6. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
7. Problem Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve data discrepancies within the Google Analytics framework.

Preferred Skills:

1. Google Analytics Individual Qualification (GAIQ) certification.
2. Experience with Google Optimize for A/B testing.
3. Knowledge of BigQuery and integration with Google Analytics.
4. Familiarity with Google Ads and its integration with Google Analytics.
