What you can do with us:

1. Be part of our Data Science team to further optimize our innovative product based on machine learning and artificial intelligence.
2. Work on advanced and demanding AI fields such as reinforcement learning and LLMs.
3. Identify, understand, structure, and solve complex problems in a driven and pragmatic manner.

5. Experiment with new technologies and acquire new skills to find clever solutions to the unique challenges we will encounter along the way.
6. Communicate between all stakeholders (data scientists, lead developers, product management, business owners) and present technical product concepts.

What you should bring for it:

1. Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, or similar.
2. 8+ years experience as Data Scientist, ideally in a startup or fintech company.
3. Extensive experience with Python and with data processing packages (e.g., Pandas, Numpy) and machine learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Transformers).
4. Familiarity with web frameworks like Flask or FastAPI.
5. Deep knowledge of relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
6. Extensive and hands-on experience with deployment of (ideally open source) LLMs (hosting, fine-tuning, prompt engineering, evaluation).
7. Experience with Reinforcement Learning would be a strong plus.
8. Impressive track-record of projects using ML to solve business problems.
9. Experience with agile development practices such as TDD/BDD, continuous integration, refactoring, code reviews, etc.
10. Experience with cloud-based infrastructure solutions, such as AWS.
11. Excellent English speaking and writing skills.
12. Willingness to dive into our data and get your hands dirty.
