ABOUT YOU
- You’re an expert in end-to-end data science solution delivery, including requirement gathering, data exploration, modelling, and deployment.
- You have strong experience deploying machine learning models in production, and you’re familiar with the operational demands of maintaining these systems at scale.
- You’ve had exposure to the financial services industry before and you’re excited to solve some of the industry's most pressing problems with AI (fraud, money laundering, etc.)
- You thrive in a customer-facing role where you solve complex technical challenges while engaging closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive value.
- You’re a humble individual with a growth mindset, eager to learn and integrate the latest advancements in data science and machine learning.
What You'll Do
- Forward-deployed ML engineering: Train, test, and deploy machine learning models that are tailored towards customer-specific use cases in the financial services industry.
- ML operations: Deploy and maintain machine learning models in production, ensuring scalability, reliability, and compliance with stringent operational demands.
- Project management: Lead the delivery of bespoke data science solutions for our customers, including requirements gathering, data exploration, feature engineering, modeling, deployment, and handover to customer teams as part of larger customer engagements (pilots and implementation).
- Product & AI strategy: Work closely with our product teams to develop and refine AI modules such as off-the-shelf AML and fraud models, transaction labelling models based on LLMs, etc. for the Taktile platform, ensuring seamless integration and robust functionality.
- Mentorship: Share knowledge and expertise with team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
