Your Responsibilities

As the Senior Data Analyst, you’ll own all marketing analytics initiatives across 7Mind with the goal of scaling your influence across all sister companies like Gymondo in the holding, along with fellow analysts. Reporting directly to the Head of Data & Analytics, you’ll be instrumental in enabling data-driven marketing strategies and driving measurable outcomes.

  • Ownership of Marketing Analytics: Lead marketing analytics initiatives by taking responsibility for all marketing-related analytics topics, collaborating closely with Marketing and Management teams to optimize and attribute channels like Influencer Marketing, Performance Marketing, CRM, and more.

  • Scaling and Exploring New Channels: Identify new marketing channels and scale existing ones by measuring attribution and improving return on investment across campaigns.

  • Data-Driven CRO: Work with cross-functional teams to drive "Conversion Rate Optimization" (CRO) initiatives, running A/B tests, analyzing results, and proposing data-backed recommendations to improve user acquisition and retention.

  • Enhance KPIs and Insights: Enable the Marketing team by designing, visualizing, and improving KPIs, while providing actionable recommendations to optimize customer journeys, conversion funnels, and marketing strategies.

  • Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with technical tracking analysts, data engineers, and analysts to maintain and improve the data infrastructure supporting marketing operations.

  • MarTech Stack: Co-own and monitor internal and external MarTech platforms such as Adjust, Google Analytics, Firebase, and Google Tag Manager, while implementing new tools, features, and opportunities for innovation.

  • Present and Simplify: Communicate complex analytics and marketing insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders at various organizational levels.


Your Profile

We’re looking for a data-driven marketing professional who combines technical expertise with a strategic mindset.

  • Education: A Master’s degree (or equivalent practical experience)in Data Science, Computer Science, Economics, Statistics, Marketing Analytics, or a related field.

  • Marketing Analytics Expertise:3-5 years of experience in digital marketing(or equivalent knowledge gained through projects or work), business intelligence, or a related field, with a strong understanding of attribution modeling, A/B testing, CRO methodologies, and digital marketing strategies.

  • Technical Skills:Proficiency in advanced SQL and dbt (or the ability to quickly learn and adapt to these tools), along with experience using industry-grade visualization tools like Tableau; Python experience is a plus.

  • MarTech Mastery:Hands-on experience with platforms like Google Analytics, Firebase, Google Tag Manager, Rudderstack, Adjust, and A/B testing tools (e.g., VWO, Amplitude).

  • Marketing Platform Experience: Familiarity with tools such as Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and CRM tools like Braze, Zoho, or Emarsys.

  • CRO Knowledge: Proven track record in running and analyzing A/B tests and driving user journey improvements through data insights.

  • Collaboration and Communication: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to align teams and present insights effectively.

  • Strategic and Analytical Mindset:A proactive problem solver who can derive actionable insights from complex data and align them with business goals.
