Job Title: Senior Data Analyst

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst to support our global operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, developing detailed analytical models, and providing insights to guide business decisions. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of data analysis techniques. The candidate must be willing to collaborate with various departments, including IT, marketing, and customer service, to ensure data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Analyze large data sets to identify patterns, trends, and insights.
2. Develop and maintain detailed analytical models to support business decisions.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and ensure data accuracy.
4. Provide high-level advanced triage support to stakeholders and business partners.
5. Utilize programmatic and quantitative methods to identify patterns and relationships in data.
6. Perform quantitative analysis of complex business situations.
7. Provide leadership to junior analysts and support their development.
8. Apply AI tools and techniques to enhance data analysis and predictive modeling.
9. Develop and maintain business intelligence reports and dashboards using Power BI.
10. Extract data from databases and data warehouses for reporting.
11. Conduct thorough data analysis to help drive business decisions.
12. Collaborate with end users to gather requirements and scope out potential BI reporting solutions.
13. Design, develop, and deploy business intelligence reports and dashboards.
14. Implement BI solutions, strategies, and procedures to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
15. Provide training and support to end users for new and existing BI systems, tools, and reports.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum a bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis or a related field.
3. In-depth knowledge of SQL and other database management tools.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. (English + any other language is a +)
6. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and collaborate with colleagues across different geographical locations.
7. Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and continuous improvement.
8. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
9. Familiarity with AI tools and their application in data analysis and report writing.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience in a global or multi-site organization.
2. Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
3. Certification or training in data analysis or related fields.
4. Familiarity with database connections and server setup.
