Your mission

About The Role

You'll be at the forefront of our CRM initiatives, steering and implementing projects that optimize customer journey management and automate marketing and sales processes. Your expertise will be instrumental in segmenting our customer base, allowing us to invest more in automated touchpoints through email, Les Lunes App, and push notifications.

You'll play a significant role at Les Lunes in promoting the brand's mission, values, and products. As a member of our Growth Team, you will actively contribute to the successful growth of our company and make our products accessible to a wider audience.

Roles And Responsibilities

  1. CRM Strategy & Campaigns: Define, implement, and continuously improve our CRM strategy to drive customer acquisition and loyalty. Plan and execute automated campaigns across email, WhatsApp, and push notifications using Klaviyo and other tools.
  2. User Journey Optimization: Refine and enhance customer journeys to increase lead conversions, retention, and referral rates. Collaborate with the campaign team to propose innovative improvements.
  3. Data-driven insights: Analyze customer data to segment audiences, personalize campaigns, and identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling. Derive actionable insights for optimizing marketing activities.
  4. New Channels & Tools: Explore and integrate new communication channels (e.g., messenger services, SMS) to expand our reach and improve engagement.
  5. Reporting & Optimization: Create automated reports to measure campaign performance, evaluate KPIs, and implement continuous optimization measures.
  6. Trend Monitoring: Stay informed about CRM trends and tools, driving innovation to keep Les Lunes ahead in customer relationship management.

Your profile

  1. At least 2-3 years of professional experience as a CRM Manager, ideally in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  2. Proven expertise in developing and implementing complex, automated communication strategies and user journeys, as well as hands-on experience with predictive intelligence and AI-driven campaigns.
  3. Strong technical understanding, particularly in setting up and optimizing automated email journeys and marketing campaigns, paired with a passion for eCommerce.
  4. Data-driven mindset with exceptional skills in data analysis and interpretation to inform and refine marketing strategies.
  5. Excellent linguistic sensitivity for crafting precise and impactful campaign messaging.
  6. Sharp eye for compelling content and visually appealing designs that resonate with target audiences.
  7. Advanced proficiency in Excel, Google Analytics, and routine familiarity with common CRM tools, ensuring seamless and efficient workflows.
  8. Fluent in German (C1) and English, both written and spoken, to ensure effective communication in an international setting.
