As a (Senior) Corporate Partnership Manager, you’ll be part of Kiron’s Network Engagement team, which includes Communications, Corporate Partnerships, and Fundraising. This position will play a key role in fostering relationships with corporate partners to create meaningful employment opportunities for refugees and displaced individuals through Kiron’s educational programs. The role will focus on developing corporate partnerships, with a particular emphasis at the beginning on the THRIVE program, which supports women with a forced displacement background. The ideal candidate will bring experience in corporate partnership development, strong communication skills, and a passion for social impact.
Corporate Partnerships Development (70%): Establish and maintain corporate relationships to increase employment opportunities for THRIVE program participants, targeting DACH-based companies.
Engagement Management: Manage corporate partnerships, working to align them with Kiron’s overall strategy and long-term objectives.
Partnership Impact Evaluation: Track and report the impact of corporate partnerships on participants' employment outcomes.
Networking and Community Engagement: Actively engage with local business communities and industry associations to promote the THRIVE program.
Resource Development: Create materials such as success stories and case studies to increase the visibility and impact of Kiron’s work.
Corporate Partnership Development: Proven experience in developing and managing partnerships with corporate entities, preferably in the nonprofit or educational sectors.
Networking: Established network of contacts within corporate sectors in Germany, with a track record of leveraging relationships for partnership opportunities.
Negotiation Skills: Demonstrated success in negotiating funding agreements, contracts, and partnership terms with corporate stakeholders.
Fundraising Experience: Experience in securing funding from corporate partners, including sponsorships, grants, and donations.
Project Management: Background in managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders, ensuring delivery of objectives and measurable outcomes.
What makes you stand out:
Knowledge of Refugee Integration: Understanding of the education and refugee integration sectors, particularly labor market integration.
Background in NGO Communication or Digital Education Programs.
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR): Understanding of CSR initiatives and how they align with organizational goals and values.
Familiarity with the professional development and employment sectors, ideally in the DACH region.

The salary range foreseen for this role is 3750-4200 Euros / monthly for a full-time position, depending on previous experience.
