For an international software company in Munich we are looking for a Senior Campaign Manager EMEA (f/m/d). As a Senior Campaign Manager EMEA (f/m/d) you will work closely with the regional and local digital marketing teams. You will focus on strategic digital programs, brand awareness activities and be responsible for the conception and execution of regional campaigns.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the media agency to support media and creative integration in regional campaigns, ensuring proper campaign setup and hierarchy.
• Manage tracking elements such as UTMs and trafficking sheets while maintaining project plans to ensure smooth campaign execution.
• Adapt marketing strategies to address country-specific concerns and different stages of market penetration.
• Work with internal teams and the media agency to optimize marketing processes, improve audience targeting, and streamline campaign operations.
• Take ownership of campaign projects, from planning to execution, proactively responding to short-term opportunities and risks.

Qualifications:

• Relevant experience as a Senior Campaign Manager EMEA (f/m/d) in a similar role, preferably in a B2B environment, with experience in media and creative agencies.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to plan, monitor, and prioritize effectively.
• Proficient in digital and social marketing channels, including knowledge of Google Analytics and content management systems.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English; German language skills are a plus.
• Experience in cross-functional and international collaboration to execute successful campaigns.
