YOUR FUTURE ROLE
In the role of a Business Processes Consultant (f/m/d) DVM, you will work in the development and design team of the Premium Hub CoE (Global CoE) with focus on creating the next generation of MaxAttention and other service offerings based on CALM and Intelligent Service Delivery Hub (ISD Hub) in the area of Data Volume Management and Clean Core.
You will deliver and develop services for every aspect of customers' transition to Cloud / BTP, supporting their transformation, or upgrade project, as well as on operations, including continuous improvement, quality management, problem resolution, and knowledge transfer.
