Summary

Für den Bereich „Business Management System (BMS)“ suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine*n "Senior Business Process Manager (w/m/d)" am Standort Ulm, Taufkirchen oder Immenstaad.

Der Bereich "BMS" verantwortet innerhalb der Business Transformation das konzernweite Business Process Management in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Global Process Ownern und ist für die Definition, den Betrieb und die Weiterentwicklung eines integrierten Managementsystems zuständig.

Your Tasks

• Development and introduction of methodological standards and governance for process management and process excellence (e.g. discovering, modeling, deploying, analyzing, measuring, improving and optimizing business processes)

• Introduction and establishment of an integrated management system to ensure performance while meeting legal/regulatory requirements

• Promotion of content modeling, E2E integration and target orientation of individual processes

• Development and application of value toolkits along the process excellence lifecycle

• Accompanying and supporting all GPO community stakeholders in business process management and along project-related activities

• Conducting workshops on business process design, process modeling (BPMN) and facilitating E2E integration

• Monitoring / analyzing process compliance and performance (process mining) and identifying process improvements

• Development and maintenance of the integrated management system including onboarding / training and change management

• Support with internal and external process audits

Your Profile

• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Ingenieurwesen, Betriebswirtschaft oder vergleichbare Ausbildung

• Umfangreiche mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Anwendung von Business Process Management und zu gängigen Modellierungssprachen

• Fundierte Kenntnisse in SIGNAVIO, Celonis oder einem anderen BPM-Tool

• Erfahrung im Projektmanagement, Prozessmanagement, mit LEAN-Prinzipien und Verbesserungsprozessen

• Berufserfahrung in der Leitung von (interdisziplinären) Projektteams und Moderation von Meetings

• Kenntnisse im Change-Management zur Umsetzung beziehungsweise Einführung von Harmonisierungsprojekten

• Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und eine selbstständige, systematische, zielorientierte und effektive Arbeitsweise

• Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
