What you’ll do
As part of our People & Culture (P&C) Business Operations Team, you as the Senior Business Operations Consultant will lead or contribute to complex longer-term P&C initiatives and processes as part of a larger team. You will be assigned to a dedicated business operations initiative, senior business leader, or process and will work alongside other experts to drive simplified and standardized processes and systems for improving business productivity and ultimate success. If you thrive in a dynamic and diverse team with a mission to bring out the best in our business by translating strategy into execution, we are looking forward to getting to know you and explore our collaboration. This role is a full-time position limited for 18 months from the start date.

Business Operations drive the adoption of strategy and enable successful transformation as well as efficient execution of businesses to achieve optimal business value. Within People & Culture Business Operations, we act as key contributors and partners to the business function of People & Culture, supporting them to be successful and deliver on targets while ensuring successful business performance. Our global team combines a diverse group of experts and generalists globally with expertise in managing programs, financial planning including procurement, workforce planning and management as well as business insights and localization.
