  • Support VP and German LT with research, analysis, ad-hoc analysis, identification of Whitespaces, sharpen our strategy, keeping the book of business up to date
  • Support VP in planning Executive Meetings
  • Support VP with partnership with Glacier (ESG)
  • Support VP on all office activities, coordination with the Office Leads in Germany
  • Support VP with key market insights, monitor Press, major happenings relevant for ServiceNow
  • Support VP with coordination and set up of All-Hands
  • Partnering with cross functional teams -Sales Operations, German Leadership Team, Office Leads, Client Director, Enterprise Account Executive, Sales Manager, Corp HQ, regional Chiefs of Staff, Regional and EMEA leadership, P5, HR, Finance, Legal, Comms

What you get to do in this role:

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you have:

  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI’s potential impact on the function or industry.
  • 12+ years of hands-on project management experience
  • Experience managing multiple large programs/projects, in enterprise environments delivering business applications for one or more departments
  • Experience with Agile traits and techniques: Lean design, accommodating changing requirements, iterations, loop feedback with customer involvement
  • Experience leading Steering Committee meetings with executive management
  • Should guide teams and provide technical solutions while mitigating or removing hurdles / obstacles
  • Experience overcoming project crisis
