We are looking for a visionary Marketing Lead to take charge of our client's leading venture business. This role is pivotal in driving growth and ensuring the holistic integration of brand building, performance marketing, and CRM. The Marketing Lead will work closely with the business owner to develop and execute strategies that achieve ambitious growth targets outlined in the business case. As the key driver of our marketing efforts, you will play a critical role in defining the future of our charity lotteries business and ensuring its long-term success.
Key Responsibilities and Tasks:
Qualifications - Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Required Skills - Proven experience as a Brand Manager or similar role, ideally in a high-growth startup or dynamic environment. Strong strategic thinking with a demonstrated ability to deliver measurable results. Expertise in brand building, storytelling, and audience engagement, particularly on social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook. Experience managing creative agencies and scaling content production, including user-generated content. Resourcefulness in maximizing the impact of a startup budget. Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills. Familiarity with e-commerce KPIs and evidence-based marketing practices.
Preferred Skills - Experience with influencer marketing campaigns. Media strategy expertise and a track record of budget optimization. Training in evidence-based marketing practices.
