Senior BI Analyst, Berlin

RABOT Energy is looking for a Senior BI Analyst to take our data insights to the next level. With our fast company and consumer growth, the demand for high-quality insights rises across the company. We are looking for an experienced analyst to join our BI team and become a trusted partner for our stakeholders. This role will be key in delivering actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making across all departments.

Your Impact

• Design and develop BI solutions, dashboards, and reports to provide meaningful insights to business stakeholders.
• Play a key role in structuring and defining our Data Warehouse to ensure scalability and data integrity.
• Guide and mentor team members and peers, providing technical QA and ensuring best practices in data visualization and reporting.
• Analyze complex datasets and translate them into clear, strategic recommendations for leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Work closely with different departments to understand data needs, ensuring insights are accessible and impactful for decision-making.

What can you bring

• Professional Experience: Proven track record in designing and developing BI solutions, dashboards, and reports together with top-tier stakeholders.
• Technical Expertise: Advanced proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Metabase, Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, Looker).
• SQL Mastery: Strong SQL skills for data extraction, manipulation, and optimization.
• Data Warehousing & ETL: Experience working with data warehouses, dbt, ETL processes, and big data technologies.
• Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze large and complex datasets, extract key insights, and drive data-informed decisions.
• Clear Communication: Ability to present complex data insights in an understandable way to senior management and non-technical teams.
• Language Skills: Fluent in English. Knowledge of German is a plus.
