As (Senior) Art Director you will play a leading role in developing creative narratives, concepts, content strategies and innovation. You are right at the heart of the ever-changing intersection of visuals & storytelling, applying the latest tools and pro.

• Holistic design – from concept to detailed execution
• Experimentation with latest technologies (AI, 3D)
• Experience with motion design & animations
• Development of word-of-mouth-worthy, award-winning work
• Visualization of ideas and concepts for still and moving imagery
• Development of snackable content formats (short video, creator content, reels)
• Creation of strategy and vision presentations
• Development of storyboards and shooting concepts
• Design of assets for social media, retail, e-commerce
• CI development
• Retouch of imagery
• Creation of mock-ups and innovation prototypes
• Curation and editing of content
• Implementation of creative impulses in the fields of fashion, culture and tech into the daily work

Dein Profil

• Excellent understanding of digital media, social trends and the economic context
• 3-5 years of practical experience as a designer in an agency or start-up
• Understanding of contemporary content with highly aesthetic appeal
• High affinity for fashion
• Ability to advise others on social media and digital storytelling
• Independent and reliable way of working
• Distinct analytical mindset
• Self-responsibility and organizational skills
• Attention to details and very high quality standards
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Great interest in technical and strategic innovation
• Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud
• Experiences with AI, innovation design and prompt design
• Advanced English skills
• International work experience
