Do you have experience in the product-related development of AI, NLP and Foundation Model solutions? Then join our team and drive the digital transformation in the mobility sector with us.

1. You will design AI-supported products and services by combining innovative technologies with business relevance.
2. To do this, you will identify new potential at the interface of AI and mobility and develop practical solutions with an interdisciplinary network of specialists and AI experts.
3. In addition, you will use modern machine learning methods and integrate them into powerful applications.
4. You will also monitor current AI trends, assess their relevance for Siemens Mobility and drive their integration into our products and services.
5. Last but not least, you will promote the exchange of knowledge and establish sustainable technology communities within and outside the company.

What do you bring along?

1. You hold a master's degree in information technology.
2. Moreover, you have many years of professional experience in industry in the AI environment.
3. You have a sound knowledge of machine learning, deep learning, computer vision, NLP and multimodal foundation models.
4. You also impress with practical experience in prompt engineering, fine-tuning, RAG and agents.
5. Furthermore, you have extensive knowledge of Python, PyTorch and/or C++.
6. You are characterized by systemic thinking and have experience in managing R&D projects.
7. If you also communicate confidently in English and enjoy working in an international environment, we look forward to receiving your application.
