Senior Agile Business Analyst
Your tasks:
- Part of an agile team (scaled agile environment), responsible for delivery of solutions to enable the international digitalisation strategy of HDI Global SE
- Support the product owner in the creation, maintenance and prioritisation of product backlog items
- Contribute methodological, market and technical expertise in the team for defining, classifying, refining and testing of customer requirements
- Design and optimize complex business processes through data-driven and technical analysis and support the team to improve understanding
- Focus on effective and working solutions with the highest value for customers while also considering regulatory requirements
- Moderate the dialogue between business and IT
- Support agile transformation in the team by further developing the role of business analysis and requirements engineering
- Network with internal and external communities and providing new ideas and insights
Your profile:
- Successfully completed studies, preferably in (business) informatics, economics, business administration or comparable training with relevant professional experience
- Several years of professional experience as a business analyst, requirements engineer, systems analyst or consultant, ideally in an agile team
- Strong knowledge or training in business analysis and requirements engineering methods, especially in an agile context (e.g. CARS, IREB, IIBA)
- Experience in international industrial insurance with an understanding of its value chain including reinsurance settlement is an advantage
- Enthusiasm for the further development of employees and knowledge transfer particularly in the context of requirements engineering methods
- Quick comprehension and enjoyment of solving complex tasks
- Strong communication skills and ability to work and act independently
- Written and spoken English at a business-fluent level (CEFR Level C1-C2), ideally
