Senior Advertising Operations Manager (d/f/m)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Advertising Operations Manager (d/f/m) to join our Team of passionate professionals at Kleinenzeigen. You will report to the Advertising Operations Team Lead and help our customers deliver impactful digital advertising campaigns. This is a hybrid role, and our office is based in Berlin (Charlottenburg).

What you´ll do:

1. Independently manage the full digital campaign lifecycle, ensuring our customers' performance goals are reached.
2. Ensure campaign performance by conducting in-depth performance analysis and resolving issues.
3. Use Google Ad Manager Ad Server for campaign execution and management.
4. Work in close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success and find the best ways to ensure campaign performance.
5. Build and foster partnerships with all partners to drive forward our strategic projects and ensure excellence in execution.

Who you are:

1. You have 7+ years of relevant experience in digital advertising.
2. You bring advanced proficiency in Google Ad Manager Ad Server, including campaign setup, reporting, and troubleshooting.
3. You have a track record and expertise in the commercial and operational management of digital campaigns.
4. You impress with your strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to campaign optimization.
5. You can demonstrate practical experience in debugging and issue resolution.
6. Your collaborative mindset helps you adapt well to change and ambiguity.
7. You are willing and happy to learn new technologies.
8. You are fluent in German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
