(Senior) Account Manager, Advertising/Retail Media (d/f/m)

We are looking for a professional to join our Berlin-based advertising team as (Senior) Account Manager, Advertising/Retail Media (d/f/m) to collaborate closely with clients and agencies to enhance customer experience, achieve growth, and boost customer satisfaction. You will report directly to the Team Lead Client Relations Advertising/Retail Media. This is a hybrid role, and our office is based in Berlin.

The role:

• Be the primary contact and build long-lasting relationships with clients and agencies.
• Develop a trusted advisor relationship with main customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.
• You understand customer needs and align them with the appropriate resources in our company for maximum customer success.
• You coordinate with the sales team to ensure seamless transition phases from sales to onboarding.
• You work with the technical team to resolve any issues that impact customer experience.
• Advocate customer needs and feedback to the product development and management team.
• Monitor customer engagement and identify opportunities for growth.

Your skill profile:

• 3+ years experience as an Account Manager / Customer Success Manager or in a similar customer-facing role.
• E-Commerce is your passion - You have an eye for new trends.
• Experience managing all stages of the customer journey.
• Demonstrated capacity to succeed in a fast-paced workplace and deal with ongoing change and ambiguity.
• Interpret financial data and develop financial reports.
• Experience with CRM software and other professional tools.
• You are business fluent in German & English.
• Technical proficiency around data feeds and tracking technologies are a big plus.
