Deine Aufgaben

As Senior Account Executive (m/f/d), you will be responsible for actively building the sales pipeline until new business is closed and for expanding existing business relationships. Your focus is primarily on large and enterprise customers.

These challenges await you:

  • Proactively identify and qualify potential new customers and generate new annual recurring revenue (ARR) from our potential Large & Enterprise customers.
  • Accompany potential customers through their decision-making process, as well as actively influence and support their decision-making process.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Development team to develop new strategies to generate new sales opportunities and fill the sales pipeline.
  • Work closely with Customer Success and Solution Engineering to build strong relationships and maximize growth opportunities to ensure maximum success for our customers.
  • Actively coach colleagues to strengthen the sales team and take it to the next level.

Your profile

  • You have a proven track record in sales in the area of SaaS/software/digital or a comparable area.
  • You have already worked with customers from the large and enterprise segment and manage them in a structured and independent manner.
  • You have initial experience in the customer experience and/or e-commerce environment (an advantage).
  • For you, a successful sales process does not end with the conclusion of a contract, but includes a holistic and long-term mutually successful cooperation with prospects and customers.
